4. data will not be communicated to or disclosed to others and will be held for six months;
5. the HR Manager and employees working in the HR department may gain knowledge of your personal data only for the above-mentioned purposes;
6. data will not be shared;
7. the Data Manager is the head of the HR department and the list of other managers is available to view from this department.

Lastly, please be advised that you are entitled to exercise your rights as laid down in article 7 of the Privacy Act (Italian legislative decree n° 196/03), which includes obtaining confirmation from the Data Controller or Manager as to whether personal data are being held on you or not and, where applicable, agreeing to said Data Controller or Manager having access to your data.
