Coatings for MDF

PRIMER SAYERLACK TU 100/NO
Semi-transparent polyurethane primer with very quick drying, especially suited to be used as primer in pigmented, polyurethane and polyester systems applied on MDF to reduce absorption and hair raising.
TU 100/N0 can be sanded by hand 15 mins after the application, mainly in the moulded and milled zones of MDF. It can be over-coated either with a polyurethane or polyester basecoat without adhesion problems, even in non-sanded parts. Since the TU 100/N0 exhibits a semi-transparent appearance, it is not suitable for clear systems.

WHITE POLYURETHANE STUCCO BASECOAT SAYERLACK TU 217/13
Stucco basecoat, that is, a very high solids content product, rich in mineral substances and therefore suitable for very absorbing materials, such as chipboard, medium density, poplar veneer, etc. On the other hand, it is not recommended for woods with deep pores, such as oak, ramin or obece (for which TU 213 should be used) and in open pore processes in general.

WHITE POLYESTER BASECOAT SAYERLACK PU 388/XX
High hiding power polyester Basecoat whose features make it different from both polyurethane and conventional polyester basecoats. The long pot-life, its elasticity, thixotropy and excellent mechanical sandability are its main features. PU 388 has a very wide field of application, from medium density to even very absorbing supports, from chairs to profiles of any kind.

SPRAY PRIMER FOR MDF AU 454/13
Can be applied by spray directly on MDF or Masonite substrate. It has a high pigment and solids content, resulting in even priming and imparting an even colour.

TWO-COMPONENT SPRAY PRIMER FOR MDF AU 471/13
Two-component Basecoat that can be applied by spray directly on MDF or Masonite substrates. It has a very high pigment and solids contents.
