Coatings for chairs

POLYURETHANE BASECOAT SAYERLACK TU 9801
Basecoat exhibiting exceptional thixotropy and wetability and high build features. It exhibits quick drying; 2 hours after the application it is possible to sand and apply the matt topcoat.

POLYURETHANE TOPCOAT SAYERLACK TZ 58**
The TZ 58** matt series is characterised by a very high thixotropy that allow thick coats without running. It is especially suited for coating chairs by electrostatic application. Thixotropy allows obtaining an excellent build, a soft touch and a silky appearance.

TOPCOAT SAYERLACK SZ 4630
The coating diluted at 10% is placed into tanks; the items to be coated are dipped therein. The process can be either manual or mechanical. It is possible to apply up to three coats at intervals of 4÷6 hours without sanding. SZ 4630 exhibits excellent covering, good smoothness and hardness.

STAIN SAYERLACK AC 600
Concentrate water-based general-purpose stain available in 14 colours. It is made up of very clear soluble stains. Specific for the dip coating of chairs, added to binder XX 4130 in a 5-15% quantity and then diluted by 10-30% with water.

WATER-BASED BASECOAT SAYERLACK AU 468
Single-component water-based basecoat suitable for coating wooden items for interiors, exhibiting a high transparency and build. The good product thixotropy along with good sanding properties, makes it suitable for coating all those items that require a high manual processing due to their complex structure, such as turned items, assembled furniture.

WATER-BASED TOPCOAT SAYERLACK AZ 67**
Water-based topcoat suitable for coating wooden items for interiors; it can be diluted with water and exhibits a good hardness, transparency and good thermo-plasticity resistance. The good series thixotropy makes it suitable for coating all those items that require a high manual processing due to their complex structure, such as turned items, assembled furniture.

POLYURETHANE SELF-SEALER SAYERLACK TU 46**
Electrostatic Self sealer with high build and vertical hold; apply with a conventional or electrostatic spray (incl. robot and spinning disk) on chair and turned parts.

MATT POLYURETHANE PIGMENTED TOPCOATS SAYERLACK SERIES TZ 96**
Topcoat designed for electrostatic applications with manual guns, robots, and rotating discs. It features a high thixotropy so as to obtain the maximum hiding power without running.
