For picture frame coating systems, SAYERLACK is always in the vanguard, with respect to the market requirements and customer satisfaction. We pay particular attention to picture frame coating systems based on extruder machines and UV drying systems. The products used are almost solvent free, the coating solids contents are 99% ± 1, and enable almost instantaneous drying with no solvent emission into the atmosphere. Because of the strict regulations limiting the emissions of solvent in the atmosphere, the range of water- based products, both by extruder and by spray, has been increased.Leaders in the wood coatings industry.
Founded in 1954 Sayerlack set itself the goal of producing the best possible wood coatings that advanced technology could formulate.With this aim Sayerlack quickly became one of the leaders in the wood coatings industry increasing its production volumes from 50 tons in 1954 to 44517 tons in 2001.
In 1987 Sayerlack became a part of the Hickson International group, adopting the name Hickson Coatings in 1993.
In July 2000 Hickson International was acquired by Arch Chemicals Inc. and thus, Sayerlack became the core of Arch Coatings within the Arch Chemicals group.
