Our coating systems are developed in close collaboration with suppliers, customers, and certifying authorities. In fact, Sayerlack works constantly with these certifying authorities to test product performance and validate results through real-world applications. The coating systems comply with the UNI 11216 standard, which guarantees resistance to heat, liquids, light, scratches, dirt, and excellent adhesion on furniture surfaces.

Sayerlack’s exterior water-based coatings are designed to offer long-lasting protection while minimizing environmental impact. Unlike solvent-based products, water-based coatings retain a high level of elasticity over time, allowing the film to adapt to the natural movements of wood without cracking or peeling.

In addition to their technical performance, water-based coatings are non-flammable and easy to use: they can be diluted and cleaned with simple tap water, support fast application cycles, and avoid issues like self-combustion or lifting. Drying times are short, making them ideal for efficient production processes.
